Yes, adjustable electric bed bases are suitable for pocketed spring mattresses. However, there are some mattresses which are more indicated for this type of support, as for example mattresses of the Soy Memory and Aquatech range. These are in fact more flexible and adaptable to various reclining positions of the bed base.
In our experience a latex or polyurethane expanded (aquatech) mattress must be combined with a multi-slat bed base, which consists of many little closed-up oscillating slats (generally with a width of 38 mm) to allow a breathable and elastic base able to absorb the stress of the mattress.
The mattress will absorb the stress from our body.
An adjustable slat support, manual or motorized, permits a more comfortable and enjoyable rest, thanks to the possibility of reclining the bed to the preferred angle. They are useful and ideal for those who wish to read or watch TV or read in bed.
Furthermore, the possibility to raise the legs certainly helps blood flow after a long day of standing.
